Welcome to Norfolk, VA Significant Trees!
The mission of this website is to create and maintain an inventory of Norfolk’s Significant Trees, to make this inventory available to the public, and provide an opportunity to learn a few unique characteristics about each tree.
In addition, the methods used to measure and score a tree can be explored. This website will also provide an opportunity to see pictures, find directions to the tree, and make provisions for citizens to nominate Significant Trees found on both public and private property.
